In the spring of 2022, we started a unit for young people's mental health, UPH Älvan, which is an additional assignment for the healthcare center. The mission involves being a resource reception with combined in-depth competence for assessment, treatment, and consultation within primary care for children and young people with mental health issues at the primary care level. We are now looking for a psychologist for this unit!

Job Responsibilities

You will work in a team with psychologists, social workers, doctors, and an administrator. The unit manager is a psychologist and also works partially clinically. The work includes counseling, assessment, treatment, and diagnostics of children and young people. The assignment also includes parental support, both individually and in groups. The operation focuses on early interventions and treatment at the primary care level. The resource reception collaborates with other actors, such as schools and social services.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid experience in assessment and psychological treatment of children and young people, as well as having CBT competence.

Additional Information
